30 Minute Bird Tan--James Edgar of Authentic Taxidermy Supply has developed an incredible process that completely tans birds in only thirty minutes. Works great on all birds ranging in size from quail and ducks to turkeys. Some of the benifits are:

Toughens the skin
Pulls fat and grease from deep within the skin cells
Leaves skin soft and pliable.
Allows longer working time without shrinkage and slows drying time.

2.5 ozs. per gallon of water. You can tan 2 medium sizes birds using 1 gallon of tan.
