The paint schedules are only a guide. Fish colors are a constantly changing. A freshly caught specimen is always going to be your best reference. Take photos from different angles to catch all the different colors. Fishing magazines are also a great source for reference,  just keep in mind that the printing process often changes colors.

Lifetone/Hydromist paints are used in the paint schedules, but if you can cross-reference the colors, any paint system can be used.

One of the most important factors in painting fish is the angles the paints are applied! You will not get the right effect if all of the colors are sprayed at a 90° angle.
